Qualification Guide

Continental aims to develop a stronger culture of training through the “Room and Time for Learning” corporate works council agreement 114. The new role of qualification guide has been defined for this purpose. As a qualification guide, you will be part of our culture of continuous learning and development

Tasks:

  • Join colleagues on their learning journey
  • Give guidance in qualification questions
  • Encourage participation in qualification measures
  • Foster a positive learning environment at your site

Qualification guides complete our 12-day supervised training over approximately 1.5 years. Our modular structure with a subsequent refresher unit ensures regular contact and exchange

Entry requirements

  • You are a Continental staff member.
  • You are open to new things and have communication skills and empathy.
  • You have personal experience with training.
  • You are interested in digital collaboration and media.

12 training days/ 121 teaching units spread over a period of 18 months

Process

Process

  • The local works council and the HR department will decide how many qualification guides are to be trained at the location
  • The final decision about your participation will be made by your location
  • You will start working in the role after the first module (4.5 days)
Pricing

Pricing

  • EUR 1,242.67
  • Qualification guides are given paid time off for CITT training as well as for serving as a qualification guide.

This qualification is according to §82 SGB III Qualification Opportunities Act eligible for funding through the Federal Employment Agency.

Funding via education voucher:

  • Training course cost subsidy up to 30%
  • Wage subsidy up to 30%
  • Funding levels are coordinated individually with the Federal Employment Agency

Requirements for funding:

  • Highest educational qualification at least 2 years ago
  • No use of subsidized qualification via the Federal Employment Agency in the last 2 years
